Imported cars accounted for 7\.38% of the city's total new car transactions, with the share rising 4\.39 percentage points month-on-month and 3\.41 percentage points year-on-year\. ## September Outlook

September's Beijing auto market is expected to show a pattern of month-on-month recovery, continued year-on-year weakness and structural divergence\. The peak autumn season, combined with front-loaded demand from the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays, crowd-gathering at the Beijing International Auto Culture Festival and other auto shows in late September, and a last-minute rush driven by the November 30 deadline for Beijing's trade-in subsidy applications, are expected to jointly push monthly sales back into positive territory\.

New energy vehicles are expected to be the main driver of September's recovery, supported by concentrated launches and deliveries of new models and quarter-end sales pushes, with sales expected to return to slight year-on-year growth\. The used car market is expected to recover moderately as seasonal trade-ins release, outperforming new cars, with the export rate likely to continue the improvement seen since July and August\.
