## First batch delivered, second batch launched

NIO Power and Changsha Economic Development Group held a ceremony in Changsha on October 28, 2026, to mark the delivery of their first batch of cooperative swap stations and the launch of a second batch\. The first 10 industrial cooperative swap stations were officially delivered, and the two parties announced the start of joint construction for 20 additional swap stations\.

## Planned expansion across Hunan

NIO Power and Changsha Economic Development Group plan to further expand the scale of jointly built charging and swapping sites in Hunan Province\. The planned buildout will focus on key cities, transport hubs and industrial parks in the province\.

The two parties have already cooperated on station operation and maintenance services and data information management\. Their collaboration extends to smart energy management systems and virtual power plant integration, where they are exploring vehicle-to-grid application practices\.
