## Agreement signed

On October 19, Yinwang, CATL and Shidai Dianfu formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement\. CATL Chairman and CEO Zeng Yuqun, Huawei Senior Vice President and Yinwang CEO Jin Yuzhi, and CATL Market System Co-President Yang Jun attended and witnessed the signing\.

The three parties will focus on building an intelligent battery-swapping ecosystem and creating a seamless energy-replenishment experience for the autonomous-driving era\.

## Integrated vehicle, station and cloud systems

The three parties will achieve system-level integration across vehicles, stations and the cloud, combining CATL's Chocolate battery-swapping network with Huawei Qiankun intelligent driving\. The system uses real-time battery status and user travel patterns for intelligent prediction and proactive scheduling\.

Under this setup, vehicles can autonomously determine charging needs, locate a station, enter and align with a swap bay, complete a fully automated battery swap in 99 seconds, and drive away, forming a closed intelligent loop\.

## Yinwang joins Chocolate swap ecosystem

Yinwang has formally joined CATL's Chocolate battery-swapping ecosystem\. Together with strategic partners, the parties will work on adapting and connecting cooperation vehicle models with the Chocolate battery-swapping network to expand the swapping ecosystem\.

The three parties will strengthen cooperation on swap batteries and swapping networks to expand Yinwang's "10-minute Qiankun intelligent driving life circle\."
