Signing Ceremony in Beijing
On October 30, AVATR Technology, Chongqing Mobile and China Mobile Shanghai Industrial Research Institute held a business cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony in Beijing. Changan Auto Party Secretary and Chairman Zhu Huarong and China Mobile Chairman and Party Secretary Chen Zhongyue attended and witnessed the signing.
The signing marks a new stage in the strategic cooperation between the parties, which will deepen collaboration in digital-intelligent transformation, artificial intelligence, intelligent connected vehicle ecosystem, data elements, vehicle-road-cloud integration, low-altitude economy, new energy and low carbon, and employee rights services.
Changan's Technology and Overseas Layout
Zhu Huarong said Changan is focusing on its three major plans for new energy, intelligentization and overseas markets, and continues high-intensity investment in areas such as intelligent driving and computing power. Changan's end-to-end intelligent driving assistance system has achieved mass production and vehicle installation.
Changan's overseas business covers 149 countries and regions and continues to grow rapidly.

China Mobile is accelerating its digital-intelligent transformation around its three main businesses of communications, computing power and intelligence. China Mobile and Changan Auto will continue to expand the breadth and depth of cooperation in areas such as owner operations, smart marketing, intelligent driving services, smart manufacturing, overseas connectivity and intelligent large models.
