BYD Holds Third Electric Mobility Carnival in Uzbekistan, Launches Ti 7

BYD held its third Electric Mobility Carnival in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from October 1 to 4, where the BYD Ti 7 was officially launched with the four-wheel-drive flagship five-seat version priced at 513,500,000 UZS (about 292,000 yuan).

BYD Electric Mobility Carnival in Tashkent

BYD held its third Electric Mobility Carnival in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from October 1 to 4. The event has been an annual brand activity in Uzbekistan since the first edition in 2024, and the first two editions attracted more than 60,000 visitors in total.

BYD Ti 7 Launched in Uzbekistan

On the opening night of the carnival, the BYD Ti 7 was officially launched in Uzbekistan. The four-wheel-drive flagship five-seat version of the BYD Ti 7 is priced at 513,500,000 UZS, equivalent to about 292,000 yuan.

DENZA and Yangwang Models on Display

At the event, BYD's premium new energy brand DENZA presented the DENZA B5 and DENZA B8 models and set up a 43-degree steep-slope dynamic experience. Over three consecutive days, the DENZA B5 and DENZA B8 completed a cumulative 1,858 climbs of the 43-degree slope. The DENZA brand entered the Uzbekistan market in June this year.

Technology Exhibition and Yangwang U9 Debut

The Yangwang U9, a high-performance all-electric supercar from BYD's premium new energy lineup, made its first physical appearance in Uzbekistan at the carnival, demonstrating the Yunian-X intelligent body control technology. The technology exhibition area offered experience content including the Blade Battery, V2L, and DM-i super hybrid systems.

Localization Plans

Cao Shuang, general manager of BYD for Central Asia and the Caucasus, said that after three years of development, the BYD Electric Mobility Carnival has grown from a model display event into a comprehensive platform integrating models, technology, experience and culture. Cao Shuang said BYD will continue to take root in the Uzbekistan market, deepen its localization strategy, work with local partners to improve the industrial layout and service system, and bring consumers smarter, more efficient and more sustainable green mobility experiences. BYD said it will continue to be driven by technological innovation and localized development to bring more new energy products and green mobility options to local consumers.
