Changan September Deliveries
Changan Automobile delivered 228,900 vehicles in September, according to the company's monthly delivery report. The total included 113,200 new energy vehicles, up 13.9% year on year, and 96,200 overseas deliveries, up 73.8% year on year.
Changan brand vehicles accounted for 50,300 deliveries during the month.
Changan Kecheng delivered 19,000 vehicles in September, with overseas deliveries up 38% year on year.
Changan NEVO and Deepal Reach One-Million Milestones
Changan NEVO delivered 46,507 vehicles in September, bringing cumulative sales past one million. The Changan NEVO Q06 received more than 35,000 cumulative orders in the first 24 hours after launch.
Deepal sold 30,185 vehicles in September and produced its one-millionth complete vehicle.
AVATR delivered 8,183 vehicles in September. The AVATR 06T Estate Knight Edition went on sale, and AVATR's 10th S-level flagship store opened in Shenzhen. The AVATR T09 will make its global debut and appear at the Paris Motor Show.
Product Launches and Fuel Consumption Test
The new Deepal S07 AI Laser Edition, a long-range AI laser intelligent SUV, was launched.
Changan said urban fuel consumption entered the 2L era, with a user-measured minimum of 2.62L/100km. The fuel consumption data came from onboard computer records of more than 4,000 participants driving the fourth-generation Eado Blue Whale Super Hybrid during the September Blue Whale Super Hybrid Fuel Consumption Challenge.
The Changan UNI-V Blue Whale Super Hybrid was launched, and Changan's TianShu Pilot high-level intelligent driving assistance system was released. Changan Automobile also announced a partnership with the Portugal national team for the EU market.
