China's imports of auto parts totaled $1.20 billion in September 2026, down 10.7% from August and 33.8% from September of the previous year, according to customs data compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
January-September total
For January-September 2026, China's auto parts imports reached $13.78 billion, a decline of 13.8% year on year.
The figures were compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers from General Administration of Customs data, with the information released by the association's industry information department.
