Agreement signed in Wuzhen
On October 29, ahead of the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, a signing ceremony was held for a strategic cooperation between Geely Holding Group and the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, together with the Cao Cao Mobility Wuzhen smart mobility pilot project. Cao Cao Mobility signed a cooperation agreement on the smart mobility pilot project with the Wuzhen town government in Tongxiang.
As a partner, Cao Cao Mobility will provide premium mobility services during the summit and stage a dynamic demonstration of a Robotaxi with no one in the driver's seat.
Robotaxi road tests in Wuzhen
Under the agreement, Cao Cao Mobility will carry out Robotaxi road tests in Wuzhen and gradually establish a local dispatch and management system.
Fleet and native Robotaxi plans
Cao Cao Mobility has already deployed more than 200 second-generation Robotaxis and is continuing to expand its market presence and fleet size at home and abroad. The China-developed native Robotaxi, in whose product definition and development the company was deeply involved, was unveiled in April, and its first engineering prototype rolled off the line in October. It is planned to reach mass production in 2027.
Operations and safety platforms
Cao Cao Mobility already operates the world's first green smart mobility hub in Hangzhou, integrating automatic battery swapping, automatic cleaning, vehicle interior tidying, intelligent dispatch and automatic settlement to support large-scale fleet operations. The Caocao Zhixing RAS remote safety service platform handles round-the-clock safety monitoring, emergency call response, remote real-time assistance and incident handling, helping Robotaxis move from a driver-seat safety officer model toward cloud-based support. Cao Cao Mobility has also built CaoCao Robo OS, which forms a complete solution spanning demand understanding, supply-demand matching and service fulfillment.
