Longpan Unit Signs Five-Year LFP Framework With Jiyao Tongxing

Nanjing Lithium Source, a second-tier holding subsidiary of Longpan Technology, signed a five-year strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology on October 8. Under the agreement, Nanjing Lithium Source and affiliated production entities will supply 378,600 to 567,800 tons of LFP cathode material to Jiyao Tongxing from 2026 to 2030.

Order placement is based on comprehensive compliance with price, delivery and quality technology requirements. Actual shipments are subject to formal orders, and product unit prices are negotiated and adjusted monthly in line with raw material market conditions.

Jiyao Tongxing Serves as Geely's Battery Integration Platform

Jiyao Tongxing is the core vehicle for Geely Group's strategic integration of its battery business, responsible for the development and mass production of Shen Dun Golden Brick batteries. Jiyao Tongxing directly serves main passenger vehicle models including Geely Galaxy.

Jiyao Tongxing recorded cumulative installed capacity of 11.72GWh in January-August 2026.

Geely's Battery Layout Traces Back to 2014

Geely's earliest battery sector layout can be traced to its 2014 acquisition of Shandong Hengyuan New Energy. Geely has built five major battery bases and plans to form 70GWh of production capacity by 2027.

Jike Supply Chain Management, a second-tier subsidiary of Geely Technology Group, signed a long-term lithium carbonate cooperation agreement with Guocheng Mining, providing for the purchase of battery-grade lithium carbonate from August 2026 to July 2036.
