BYD Launches Second-Generation Seal 07 With Five Trim Levels Priced From 139,900 Yuan

BYD launched the second-generation Seal 07, offered in five trim levels with launch guide prices from 139,900 yuan to 172,900 yuan and super trade-in prices from 135,900 yuan to 168,900 yuan. The lineup includes 775KM battery-electric variants and 1.5T 330KM variants.

Second-generation Seal 07 pricing

BYD has launched the second-generation Seal 07 in five trim levels. The 775KM Flagship carries a launch guide price of 172,900 yuan and a super trade-in price of 168,900 yuan, while the 775KM Premium is priced at 159,900 yuan and 155,900 yuan respectively. The 775KM Distinguished is listed at 149,900 yuan with a super trade-in price of 145,900 yuan.

The 1.5T 330KM Premium is priced at 149,900 yuan with a super trade-in price of 145,900 yuan, and the 1.5T 330KM Distinguished is listed at 139,900 yuan with a super trade-in price of 135,900 yuan.

Powertrain and range

The 1.5T variants combine a 1.5T engine with a 160kW front-mounted motor, offering 330km of CLTC electric range and 3.3L per 100km of NEDC charge-depleting fuel consumption. The 775KM variants carry a 775KM range designation.

Chassis and battery technology

The second-generation Seal 07 features YunNian-M intelligent magnetorheological body control, which BYD says responds in 1ms with road-surface preview and offers damping adjustment from 100 to 10,000N. The lineup also includes the YunNian-C intelligent damping body control system, the YunNian preview system, iTAC 2.0 intelligent torque control and iTBC tire-burst stability control.

BYD's second-generation Blade Battery and fast-charging technology charge from 10% to 70% SOC in 5 minutes and from 10% to 97% SOC in 9 minutes. At a normal temperature of 30°C, charging from 20% to 97% SOC takes 3 minutes longer.
